Issue: Cheap imitation resin, mixed with wrong ratio of stone along with a poor design and installation.
Outcome: The stone within the resin is coming loose and wearing away.
An aluminum trim has been used to edge the step and has failed under foot traffic. A trim should only be used to divide colours, never as an exposed edge! The installation company has since gone out of business.
