Issue: Bad Preparation, wrong kind of tarmac laid too thin and not very well.
Outcome: Had the resin been applied the driveway would have probably started to fail within 1-2 years.
A perfect example of a terrible preparation job done by one of the leading national companies. We are seeing this time and time again, luckily this customer smelt a rat and stopped the work before it could be covered in resin hiding the poor workmanship and materials.
