From initial contact with Simon to finished product this company has been nothing but professional, friendly, extremely courteous and respectful to our elderly neighbours whose access with had to use. On the first day Eric and his team arrived on time as discussed and came and introduced themselves to us and our neighbours then proceeded to get on with the job, we also had some new drains fitted by Eric who did an absolute first class job the lads never gave up the pace and completed first days schedule. The lads cleaned up the work area both outside our property and in ready to start the next day.
Day 2 once again the lads turned up on time and once again proceeded to get on with the work after explaining to us what was to be achieved that day, once again completing the 2nd days schedule and once again cleaning up before they left for the day.
Then Paul from Power Clean came and once again introduced himself to us and our neighbours and then proceeded to give all areas a thorough clean.
Final day!!! Resin!!! Jason and his team arrived on time and after introducing himself and explained what was to happen that day proceeded to get on with the work!!! Once again these lads did not break pace until the resin was finished and omg what a job!
We cannot describe the difference the new patio has made to our garden . We are over the moon, we had to stress that from beginning to end we have received nothing but excellent service . Prompt polite friendly very well mannered staff and it was a pleasure to have Yorkshire Resin Company and their staff in our home. We have to say a massive thank you to Eric and his team, biggie and his team and finally Jason and the lads!!! They are all a credit to this company and I wish them all continued success you truly are the A teams and you should be very proud of what you achieve for your customers!
Finally a really big thank you to Simon for your honest no nonsense no sales pressure approach to your work, thanks for your advice knowledge and help in making sure we got what we wanted your a star and last but not least Hayden thank you for your smooth and professional organisation skills and after care.
We would recommend this company to friends family and neighbours with confidence it's true what they say you get what you pay for and we got star service. I wish Hayden and his fantastic team nothing but the best for the future!!
