The whole company from the directors down were most helpful and did everything to progress the job and finish two days late due to the weather conditions, which is crucial to laying resin. In order to get the job done 7 men arrived early in the morning and laid 230 square meters and finished before the weather changed they did not stop working in order to make sure that there was no delay in laying the resin which I thought was evidence of a first class team of excellent men. Simon who was very patient with me and was responsible for getting the order due to me being very particular about the job being done to all specifications laid down by the manufacturers of the resin, I need not have worried it was a superb job finished in every respect, to my wife's and my satisfaction. I must mention Paul as he made a super job of power washing the drive and dismantled the wooden bridge that had been built and put all the timber back in the seller which was most appreciated. All the teams acted as one and it was nice to see the enthusiasm they had for helping each other.
I remember a job I was in charge of, we were installing new rolling mill during a Christmas and I was very worried about getting the job finished for the start up after Christmas, I need not have worried as the men worked through Christmas eve with me and despite the over head cane failed during the 120 ton housing being lifted into place , the company had modified the crane and told me it would be okay after receiving my letter that I would not be responsible for the crane. We got the second 120 housing on and the crane had to be repaired, the mill started on time, I was totally tired out but a very happy boy. Without that extra mile from those men the mill would not of restarted.
