All the staff that I dealt with were helpful and pleasant, focus was on doing the right thing for the customer. Good communication allowed me to be aware of exactly what was happening … and when. The start date was delayed by a few days …. but for the right reason … ensuring the previous job was completed fully … which gave me satisfaction that they would focus on the quality of the task for me to my satisfaction. The focus was definitely on quality. One piece of feedback that I gave verbally was that there ought to have been some eye bolts supplied for enabling future lifting of the 2 inspection chamber lids, the feedback was received well.
